Heavy fabrication — machine bases, structural frames, earth-moving components — means thick mild steel, long cuts and welds, and machines that run all day.
Reflective and heavy sections punish a laser source: the system has to protect itself from back reflection and sustain full power without drifting.
The RAITO fit
The FL-6000 is specified as a 'Heavy Duty Powerhouse': 6 kW continuous-wave output with 25 mm+ mild-steel cutting capacity. For lighter, faster production work the FL-3000 adds active back-reflection protection and roughly 40% higher cutting speed than a 2 kW source.
