High-Throughput Sheet-Metal Cutting.
Cutting body panels, brackets and chassis parts at production pace with the RAITO FL-6000 — 25 mm+ mild steel and EtherCAT integration.

The challenge
Automotive tier suppliers run mixed material stacks — mild steel brackets, stainless trim, aluminium panels — on the same cutting line, and every changeover costs cycle time.
Lines are increasingly automated: the laser source has to talk to the machine controller natively, hold stable output across long shifts, and be serviceable locally when it matters.
The RAITO fit
The FL-6000 is RAITO's heavy-duty continuous-wave source. At 6 kW it cuts mild steel to 25 mm and beyond, ships with a 20 m delivery fiber for large-bed machines, and communicates over EtherCAT or RS232 so it drops straight into a modern controller.
Why it works
THE RIGHT SOURCE FOR THE JOB.
- 01Headroom for thick sections25 mm+ mild-steel capacity means one source covers thin panels and structural brackets without swapping machines.
- 02Controller-native integrationEtherCAT / RS232 communication lets the source follow the machine's motion and power profile in real time.
- 03Stable across the shift± 1.0% power stability and a 10–100% output range keep edge quality consistent from the first part to the last.
